Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for 60 each of cellular plastic bulk foam material manufactured in accordance with the latest revision of MIL-PRF-87260, Class 2, Grade II, and sourced from qualified manufacturers listed on the latest revision of QPL-87260. The item is NSN 9330-01-502-5528, with delivery required FOB origin and shipment to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility in Pennsylvania. The solicitation includes a government first article testing requirement. The contractor must deliver one first article unit within 90 calendar days after contract award to Hill Air Force Base, Utah, for testing. The government will evaluate testing costs as part of the offer, with the stated government testing cost of $1,000. The quotation must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by September 28, 2026.
