Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting four pairs of green rubber-foam arch supports, size 10 to 11, full length, under NSN 6515-01-300-9688. The unit of issue is pair, and the requested quantity is four. The solicitation identifies the item as applicable to medical acquisitions and states that it is not regulated by the FDA. Supplies must be commercially packaged in sealed unit containers and suitable exterior shipping containers, marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1, and prepared for delivery in accordance with the specified packaging instructions.
