Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one package of 300 disposable, nonwoven polyethylene protective bed pads measuring 17.5 by 24 inches. The requested item is identified as NSN 6530-01-119-0015, with referenced part numbers including Cardinal Health AH300-10A, ATM American 3941, Covidien/Kendall Healthcare 949, GSS KEN949CS, and GSS VWR82004836CS. The quoter must specify the commercial and part number being supplied. The item must be commercially packaged, marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1, and packaged and palletized under the stated DLA requirements. Delivery is FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance.
