Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks potential sources for the new manufacture and supply of up to three electro-mechanical actuators for the KC-46 platform, part number R15062-6 and NSN 1680-01-653-3265KT. The requirement includes furnishing labor, materials, facilities, and equipment; component-part procurement or manufacture; inspection and testing; preservation, packaging, and shipping; and potentially supply-chain management, logistics planning, forecasting, long-lead-time parts procurement, diminishing-manufacturing-source mitigation, and shipment of serviceable assets. This is market research only, not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract, and there is no repair requirement. Potential sources may need to complete a Source Approval Request package and satisfy applicable qualification requirements. Respondents are asked to provide business, ownership, socioeconomic, CAGE code, UEI, and capability information. No solicitation or pricing submission is requested at this stage.
