Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting quotations for two packages of Foley urethral catheters under NSN 6515-01-509-6875. Each package has a unit quantity of five and must contain 6 French, two-way, 100% silicone Foley catheters with 1.5 mL balloons. The requirements are listed under purchase requests 7018263139 and 7018266911, with one package required for each purchase request. The items are FDA-regulated Class II medical devices and must meet applicable registration, listing, labeling, shelf-life, packaging, marking, inspection, and domestic-material requirements.
