Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for five packages of intraosseous infusion systems, NSN 6515-01-530-6147. The requested system is identified as an intraosseous infusion system FAST 1, consisting of a clear plastic infusion tube with stainless-steel bone portal tip and Luer connector, introducer, target strain-relief patch, and clear plastic protector dome, for fluid resuscitation in pre-hospital and hospital emergency environments. The items must be FDA-regulated products, have an 18-month non-extendable shelf life, and have no more than three months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. Commercial packaging, medical marking requirements, specified preservation and packing, destination inspection and acceptance, and delivery within 20 days after delivery order are required. The solicitation identifies Teleflex LLC part number 01-0042RTR as the requested product and requires the bidder to identify the source and part number supplied. Alternate offers must include complete technical data sufficient for evaluation.
