Description
Harris County Department of Education and its Choice Partners cooperative are soliciting proposals for one or more job order contracts covering recurring minor construction, maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation, remediation, and related facility services. Work will be ordered as indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity job orders using approved unit price books, city cost indexes, and vendor-proposed coefficients. The contract may be used by HCDE and participating cooperative members, with no guaranteed quantities. The initial contract term is two calendar years, with up to three additional one-year automatic renewal terms, for a potential five-year term. Proposers must submit a coefficient proposal and materials including work history, organization chart, financial capability documentation, bonding capacity, quality assurance/quality control program, insurance coverage certification, marketing plan, safety documentation, pricing examples, office and key-contact information, applicable certifications, and required HCDE forms. The solicitation permits multiple awards and requires online submission through the HCDE eBid system; wet-signed originals must also be mailed or hand delivered within five business days after closing.
