Description
Grand Prairie Independent School District is establishing a non-expiring, qualifying vendor-list arrangement for materials, supplies, equipment, and services across classroom, library, administrative, campus, textbook, after-school, print shop, department, and counseling categories. There are no specific quantities or particular services to bid on; vendors may offer applicable products or services and, upon successful qualification, be placed on the district vendor list. The district may make purchases as needed through purchase orders and may award to multiple vendors. Vendors must be authorized dealers, distributors, or manufacturers for offered products. Responses require electronic bid-attribute acknowledgments and vendor information, including at least three references, a completed W-9, an ACORD certificate of insurance, and applicable Texas ethics, conflict-of-interest, and certification forms. Vendors whose personnel enter district property for demonstrations, installation, or similar activities must provide a current certificate of insurance before a purchase order is issued. Vendors that responded to RFP 22-08 do not need to submit this RFP.
