Description
The City of Natchitoches is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing administration, engineering, design, planning, construction services, construction observation, and other related services for projects at the Natchitoches Regional Airport. This contract will be for a five-year period. The projects are subject to funding availability from the FAA, the State of Louisiana, and the City of Natchitoches. Identified projects include fuel farm construction/expansion, T-hangar construction, land acquisition, runway and taxiway rehabilitation, lighting upgrades, and surface repairs. Firms must demonstrate experience in airport projects, knowledge of FAA and state grant processes, and familiarity with federal and state airport design requirements. Consultants must be properly licensed to perform professional services in Louisiana. The selected consultant will be responsible for all projects and may utilize subconsultants. A single point-of-contact must be identified. Proposals will be evaluated based on firm experience, key staff personnel experience, past performance, key personnel participation in example projects, and firm size relative to project magnitude.
