Description
This solicitation is for fire damage repairs at the Plant Louisiana State Penitentiary in Angola, Louisiana. The project number is 01-107-18-02, F.01004524. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, and will be opened in Conference Room 1-145 of the Claiborne Office Building in Baton Rouge. Bidders must be licensed for Building Construction in Louisiana. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5.0% of the base bid and all alternates, and the successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, July 07, 2026, at the Visitor's Building at Main Gate, 17544 Tunica Trace, Angola, LA 70712. Bidding documents are available electronically from www.centerlinebidconnect.com. The State encourages bidders to consider participation in the Small Entrepreneurship (SE) Program and the Veteran-Owned and Service-Connected Disabled Veteran-Owned (LaVet) Small Entrepreneurships Program.
