Description

The Vernon Parish Police Jury is seeking bids for several road maintenance materials for the year 2026. The solicitation includes three main items: 1. CRS-2 Asphalt Emulsion: To be delivered to the Parish Wide Maintenance Yard, 602 Alexandria Highway, Leesville, Louisiana 71446. Anticipated monthly quantities range from 1,500 to 3,000 gallons for maintenance purposes. 2. SS1 Primer: Also to be delivered to the Parish Wide Maintenance Yard, 602 Alexandria Highway, Leesville, Louisiana 71446. Anticipated monthly quantities range from 500 to 3,000 gallons for overlay purposes. 3. Tank Car Culverts: Available in 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10-inch diameters for the year 2026. Bids must be submitted by Monday, June 29, 2026, at 10 a.m. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
