Description
The National Institutes of Health intends to negotiate a noncompetitive contract or purchase order with Active Motif for chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing laboratory services. The work will support research into how the EXOSC10 protein contributes to genome stability during DNA-damage repair in mouse embryonic stem cells. The requirement includes antibody qualification and genome-wide binding analysis using a mouse embryonic stem cell line containing a three-times FLAG-tagged EXOSC10 protein, together with matched control cell lines expressing green fluorescent protein with the same tag.
