TOWN OF HILTON HEAD ISLAND Request For Proposal RFP 2026-26 Crossings Park Improvements Phase 2 Bristol Sports Arena-Skate Park and Pump Track The Town of Hilton Head Island is soliciting sealed responses from qualified firms to perform Phase (2) of the planned, multi-phase improvements to Crossings Park. Phase (2) includes the construction of a new skate park to replace the existing skate park located at 4 Helmsman Way, as well as the construction of a new pump track located at 4 Haig Court, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina 29928. The due date for submission of proposals is 5:00pm Eastern Time, December 10, 2026. Description
The Town of Hilton Head Island seeks qualified, properly licensed contractors to complete Phase 2 of the planned Crossings Park improvements. The work includes constructing a new skate park to replace the existing facility and constructing a new pump track, in accordance with the project specifications and plans. Associated construction requirements and supporting project information are provided in the solicitation documents. Proposals are due December 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time through the Town’s procurement portal. The optional pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for November 10, 2026, and questions are due November 24, 2026. The solicitation package includes separate pricing forms for the pump track and skate park, project manuals, construction documents, special and general conditions, and geotechnical and environmental reports. The existing proposal requirements, including the preliminary construction schedule, references, insurance evidence, and conditional surety documents, remain applicable.
