Description
The Chatham County Hospital Authority Trust seeks a qualified investment advisory firm for its approximately $150 million perpetual fund. Services include annual investment policy review and compliance, strategic asset allocation, investment and manager selection and monitoring, rebalancing advice, quarterly performance reporting within 30 days of quarter-end, and attendance at periodic committee or board meetings for reporting and education. The advisor must coordinate with the independent custodian, disclose compensation and conflicts, and support the Trust’s fiduciary and governance requirements. Proposals must include a comprehensive fee schedule using the attached fee sheet, firm qualifications and investment approach, a sample performance report, compliance and conflict disclosures, and contact information for at least three client references. The Trust will evaluate proposals and may invite selected consultants to further evaluation and due diligence.
