Description
The Town of Hilton Head Island is seeking sealed proposals from qualified and properly licensed contractors for Phase 1 of planned, multi-phase improvements at Crossings Park. The work is located at 30 Arrow Road and includes construction of an 18-court tournament-sized pickleball complex, a roughly 3,000-square-foot amenity structure with restrooms, changing rooms, club space, and offices, shade structures, parking, pedestrian paths, fencing and gates, landscaping, irrigation, utilities, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, electrical power, site lighting, charging stations, fiber optics, and security cameras. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract and includes specified alternates for a multi-use path, maintenance shed/fence/curb extension, and shade sail. The submission package must include the completed transmittal page, signed checklist, pricing form, main proposal, preliminary construction master schedule, proposal surety materials when applicable, license and insurance documentation, references, immigration reform affidavit, non-collusion statement, and applicable small, minority, and woman-owned business good-faith-effort materials. The preliminary schedule must be submitted in MS Project or Primavera format and as a PDF. Addenda have posted the 100-percent construction specifications and reissued civil drawing sheets correcting missing spot elevations; proposers should use the current documents in the solicitation package.
