Description
The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System is prequalifying firms to provide geotechnical engineering, special inspections, and materials testing services for future facilities projects on an as-needed basis. Prequalification does not guarantee project awards; the District may negotiate project-specific scopes, fees, staffing, and performance schedules with prequalified firms, and may also solicit projects separately. Applicants must submit a technical proposal, four completed solicitation forms, and supporting business documentation, including insurance evidence, applicable registrations and licenses, a W-9, and a surety letter documenting bonding capacity. The technical proposal must address the requested qualifications and experience, including the firm's five largest construction projects. The solicitation requires PDF submissions through the District's procurement portal.
