Description
Stony Brook University Hospital intends to procure an Intraoperative Flow Measurement System and related items, or an approved equivalent. Vendors who believe they can supply these products or an equivalent are encouraged to contact the designated officer for specifications and to discuss the opportunity. Equivalency must be demonstrated through clinical and operational documentation. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law SSSS 139 j&k, requiring that all communication be directed solely to the listed officer. Failure to comply may result in contract termination or debarment. The successful contractor will be required to submit Vendor Responsibility documents, comply with NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and provide valid/current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms. Quotes must be received by the close of business on the specified due date.
