Description
This project involves the construction of a new alignment for SR 510, Yelm Loop Phase 2. Work includes grading, asphalt paving, concrete paving, roundabout construction, stormwater facilities, structures over Yelm Creek and the Yelm Prairie Line Trail, retaining walls, noise wall, utility relocations, signing, rapid-rectangular flashing beacon signals, illumination, closed-circuit television cameras, intelligent transportation systems (ITS) conduit and fiber, roadside restoration, and traffic control. The project comprises 295 items and a contract duration of 705 working days. It is classified as Work Class 1 (clearing, grubbing, grading and drainage) and is a Tier 3 project.
