Description

Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District is soliciting proposals for 175 Ruckus R770 Wi-Fi 7 tri-band concurrent wireless access points, or equivalent equipment, under its E-Rate Category Two wireless-equipment procurement. Pricing must include hardware, shipping, taxes, detailed billing, warranties, and applicable E-Rate eligibility information. The vendor must be a certified reseller and certify compliance with the Secure Networks Act requirements. The proposal must address the scope and proposal-format requirements and include responder information, a letter of agreement, cost proposals, applicable addenda, and completed and signed submittal pages. The solicitation requests three California school, library, or county-office-of-education reference sites with at least three years of service. The contract is intended as a one-year term, with annual renewal possible for a total term not exceeding three consecutive fiscal years, subject to funding and District approval. The projected project start date is April 1, 2027.
