Description
The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, on behalf of Georgia Highlands College, is soliciting qualifications from firms to provide professional planning consulting services for a master plan covering the college's Rome and Cartersville campuses. The work will follow the 2018 University System of Georgia Master Plan Guidelines and will address campus planning, space utilization, enrollment and institutional data, capital prioritization, infrastructure and building-condition information, stakeholder engagement, and related planning analyses. Instructional sites in Dallas, Marietta, and downtown Rome are part of the planning context but are not included in the active project scope. The budgeted project fee is $350,000, including reimbursables. Step I requires a maximum 20-page Statement of Qualifications submitted as a single PDF. Qualified finalists will proceed to Step II, which requires a maximum 15-page Work Plan and Schedule PDF, a completed fee-allocation Excel template, and a virtual interview. Contract execution is anticipated in December 2026, with project engagement anticipated in January 2027 and completion targeted for January 2028.
