Description
This Sources Sought/RFI seeks qualified sources and rough-order-of-magnitude pricing for fall protection system services under a potential five-year blanket purchase agreement consisting of a base year and four option years. The scope covers annual physical inspection and recertification of FlexRail systems, KeeLine cable systems, single-point anchor systems, and self-retracting lifelines; annual cable pull proof testing; and annual user training at Buildings 632 and 734. In the fifth year, the contractor would provide a professional-engineer-stamped engineering design review, including drawings, recalculation, and a recertification report. Responses must include the completed and signed Sources Sought Response Form, intent to bid as a prime contractor, key personnel and resource information, comparable contracts completed during the past three years, and current documentation demonstrating technician certifications and capability to perform the engineering design review. The response is limited to five typewritten pages. The estimated annual value is $10,000, with an estimated five-year BPA limit of $50,000.
