Description
The City of LaFayette seeks technical qualifications proposals from qualified engineering, environmental, and transportation consulting firms for on-call services supporting eligible U.S. Department of Transportation-funded projects, including RAISE assignments. Potential services include environmental clearance; preliminary and final engineering; right-of-way and utility coordination; bid support; construction engineering and inspection; grant compliance; and project closeout. The procurement is qualifications-based, with evaluation based on firm experience, key personnel and professional licenses, technical approach and quality control, past performance and references, and capacity and responsiveness. One nonexclusive, task-order-based master agreement is anticipated for three years, with two optional one-year extensions and no guaranteed minimum work. Fees, rates, and other pricing must not be included with the technical qualifications proposal; pricing may be requested later from the highest-ranked qualified firm for negotiation. Applicable Georgia Department of Transportation prequalification requirements apply.
