Description
The University at Buffalo, a research-intensive public university and part of the State University of New York (SUNY) system, is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather details about enterprise social media management platforms. The university is looking for solutions that can provide comprehensive capabilities for content planning and publishing, engagement and community management, analytics and reporting, social listening, and ads management. The goal is to understand available features, deployment models, pricing structures, and best practices to potentially develop a future solicitation. The scope of this RFI includes platforms that offer end-to-end functionality for managing an organization's social media presence. Key areas of interest include content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing; community management and engagement tools; social listening and monitoring; paid social media advertising management; and robust analytics and reporting features. Additionally, the university is interested in automation capabilities, user access controls, collaboration workflows, scalability, security, accessibility, and compliance features. Vendors are also encouraged to provide information on implementation, training, customer support, and pricing models.
