Description
The Texas Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to serve as a liaison between its Travel Information Division and a travel-publications distribution vendor. The advisor will recommend strategies concerning distribution quantities, display allocation, cover imagery, pricing, category competition, magazine-rack merchandising, promotions, and other factors affecting newsstand sales. Responses must be submitted through the TxDOT Procurement Portal by September 28, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Vendors must register through the Euna Procurement website to respond and should monitor the portal for addenda, additional documents, questions and answers, and changes.
