Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for 193 cases of Delta Dust, with four 5-pound jugs per case. Delivery is required 30 days after receipt of order, with the listed destination in Pierre, South Dakota. This is a lowest-price technically acceptable commercial-products procurement with no small-business set-aside. Quotations must include an official business letterhead quote and a completed FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services form. Past performance will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis, including satisfactory performance on similar contracts and no terminations for cause or default within the preceding three years.
