Description
The City of Copperas Cove is seeking a company or qualified organization to operate a concession service at The Hills of Cove Golf Course. The facility includes a full kitchen, restaurant, and patio. The selected operator is expected to provide clean and professional operations, competitive pricing, quality food products, favorable employee presentation, and high-quality customer service. Proposals must address concession experience, company and employee structure, references, menu and pricing, staff qualifications and food-service training, marketing or service enhancements, adverse regulatory actions, and budget/financial information. The concessioner will pay the Parks and Recreation Department 5% of monthly net revenue and provide monthly expense and revenue reports with payment. The anticipated initial term is one year, with renewal options in a negotiated contract for a maximum total term of three years. The operator must maintain specified general liability and automobile liability insurance and comply with applicable laws and contract requirements.
