Description
The Texas Office of the Attorney General, on behalf of its Criminal Investigation Division, is seeking bids from a single qualified vendor for backpacks and tactical gear. The requested products include 85 black 26-liter backpacks, 85 pairs of black tactical mid boots in specified sizes, 85 black 100-ounce hydration packs, 85 pairs of black gel knee pads, and 35 black 36-liter travel bags. Products must be new and unused and must meet or exceed the stated specifications and referenced brands; alternative products must include complete manufacturer, brand, product-number, and descriptive information. Bidders must provide firm pricing, include all delivery-related charges, submit a vendor letterhead quote with an estimated arrival date after receipt of order, and complete the online pricing table. The response must also include the signed IFB, completed recycled-material and VetHUB questionnaires, Respondent Information Form, Texas and United States products/services preference form, and signed Addendum 1. The contract is expected to begin upon award and expire on August 31, 2027, with possible 30-day transition extensions.
