Description
Eanes Independent School District is establishing a continuous, multiple-award vendor list for as-needed purchases of general goods and services and facility maintenance, operations, and skilled trade services. Listed categories include apparel, athletics, books, classroom and instructional materials, consulting, food service, furniture, janitorial and cleaning, office supplies, printing, safety and security, technology, equipment, parts, and services such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, grounds, pest control, renovation, and general construction. Vendors must select at least one applicable category and provide discount information or applicable labor rates; pricing for specific purchases will be requested after award. Responses must include the RFP packet, completed Vendor Application, and Certificate of Insurance. The district will make awards throughout the solicitation period, and awarded agreements begin upon award through June 30, 2025, with four additional one-year renewal options potentially extending the term through June 30, 2029. The solicitation states that the district may use purchase orders or formal contracts and may make awards for individual products or services.
