Description
The Houston-Galveston Area Council seeks proposals to establish indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity cooperative contracts for technology products and related solutions. Scope includes computing devices, servers and storage, networking equipment, audiovisual and collaboration technology, peripherals, software licensing and subscriptions, and associated configuration, installation, integration, support, training, and implementation services. The solicitation also covers IT asset lifecycle management, including inventory and license management, acquisition planning, staging and deployment, maintenance and repair, secure data destruction, decommissioning, recycling, remarketing, and environmental reporting. Training and professional services are limited to those supporting technology or software acquisitions. Respondents must provide catalog or custom pricing, product and service information, warranty and technical materials, references, and required certifications and response information. The resulting contracts are intended for cooperative purchasing by participating public entities and qualifying nonprofits nationwide; H-GAC anticipates a four-year term with an option for one additional year, and makes no guarantee of purchase volume.
