Description
This Request for Information seeks market intelligence regarding the feasibility of executing seven planned Fiscal Year 2027 infrastructure repair and construction projects through Progressive Design-Build using an Other Transaction Agreement. The potential work includes HVAC repair and replacement for a multi-tenant office building; secure facility renovation involving walls, electrical, communications, HVAC, and finishes; replacement of 15kV-to-70kV electrical distribution; airfield infrastructure repairs; outdoor fitness track repairs or replacement; road repair and construction; and freight elevator and fire alarm replacement, including connectivity between the systems. Respondents are asked to provide company and socioeconomic information, identify relevant project interests and roles, describe OTA and collaborative delivery experience, discuss the information needed for white papers and Phase 1 design/pre-construction awards, recommend early collaboration mechanisms and acquisition alternatives, and state maximum single and aggregate bonding capacity.
