Description
This Sources Sought announcement seeks an operationally qualified missile warning system for rapid integration into the U.S. Air Force F-15EX Eagle II fleet. The system must alert aircrew to threatening missile launches and approaches while minimizing false alarms, use six existing aircraft sensor locations and associated data, power, and cooling interfaces, and be rapidly, safely, and organically installed and removed by military aircraft maintenance personnel using line-replaceable units without other aircraft configuration changes. Respondents must provide an unclassified technical capabilities statement addressing the system's operational qualification, production status, delivery timeline, architecture, dimensions, weight, installation, power, cooling, avionics-bus connectivity, environmental limitations, maintenance procedures, and integration plans. The response is limited to six pages using at least 12-point font and must include company identification, CAGE code, UEI, DUNS number, capabilities information, and applicable business-size or socioeconomic classifications. This notice is for market research only and is not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
