Description
The City seeks subscription access for three designated users to an online labor market data platform supporting economic development and workforce analytics. Required capabilities include regional industry and occupational profiles, employment trends and projections, wage and labor supply-and-demand data, workforce analytics, forecasts, industry-cluster and skills-gap analysis, and downloadable reports at regional, local, ZIP Code, and Census Tract levels. The platform must also support custom geographic reporting using drawn or imported shapes, radius, or drive-time areas. The vendor must provide continuous web-based access with at least 99% uptime, ongoing technical support, user onboarding, and system administration assistance. Full access must be operational within ten business days after contract award. The contract has a three-year initial term and two one-year renewal options, with services ordered as needed under a spending cap. Proposals are evaluated on capability and experience, functionality, cost, the City's DRIVE plan, and local preference. An 11.17% SBE participation goal applies; the solicitation requires documentation of good-faith efforts to meet it.
