Description
The Town of Pincher Creek is seeking Statements of Qualifications from proponents for a water treatment plant filter upgrade using a progressive design-build delivery model. The selected design-builder will coordinate design, specialized filtration equipment, construction, integration, installation, and commissioning. The Town plans to shortlist proponents based on relevant experience, technical capabilities, proposed project team, filter manufacturer or supplier qualifications, and ability to deliver through an integrated design-build approach; shortlisted proponents will later be invited to submit proposals.
