Description
Flathead County seeks a General Contractor Construction Manager to provide preconstruction services and potentially construction services for the Grandstand Replacement Project. The work includes demolition of the existing grandstands and exhibit hall, site preparation, and construction of a new grandstand with approximately 3,000 seats, ADA-compliant access and seating, VIP seating areas, arena lighting and cameras, and utility connections. The project also includes a new exhibit hall and Fairgrounds office beneath the seating structure.
