Description
Flathead County is requesting statements of qualifications from licensed engineering firms for the North Fork Road Guardrail Replacement Project. The selected firm will provide project management and coordination, field inspections and existing-condition assessments, surveying, preliminary and final engineering design, cost estimating, environmental assessment and permitting, grant and federal compliance support, bidding assistance, pre-construction services, construction management and observation, inspections, and project closeout for replacement of up to approximately 3.71 miles of guardrail. The project is supported by a $1 million HUD Community Project Funding grant. Responses must demonstrate related guardrail and design experience, experience with federally funded projects, qualifications of assigned personnel, a proposed work plan and timeline, current workload and availability, and three recent similar-project references. The solicitation requires professional liability, general liability, auto liability, and workers’ compensation coverage, and states that no future work is implied or guaranteed.
