Description
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department seeks a general contractor to furnish labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals to construct a new TCEQ-compliant public water system at Colorado Bend State Park. The work includes a new water well, pump station, and waterlines serving the park’s maintenance complex, residence, law enforcement trailer, and future headquarters building. The construction cost estimate is $2.2 million, and the work must be substantially completed within 360 calendar days after the written effective date of the Notice to Proceed. The proposal must include a completed Price Proposal Form, signed ECACR form, bid security of at least 5% of the proposal amount, a completed VetHUB Subcontracting Plan, a Qualifications and Past Performance response with specified supporting documents, a methodology document, and a construction schedule response form and schedule. Proposals must be submitted through the Vendor Gateway. The solicitation also requires signed addenda, if issued.
