Description
The UNDP seeks an individual senior water-resources consultant for its Italy–Africa Digital Flagship project in Côte d’Ivoire. The consultant will coordinate with water-sector institutions, support alignment of feasibility studies with national priorities, review the water and irrigation components of studies, and identify and develop projects in water, sanitation, irrigation, and climate resilience. Work includes preparing at least two project concept notes and contributing to the formulation of selected projects. The assignment is six months, renewable subject to satisfactory performance, project needs, and funding availability, for 120 working days. Deliverables are due in three two-month installments and include a work plan, stakeholder mapping, project-opportunity portfolio, activity reports, quality-review notes, and two concept notes. Applicants must submit a technical proposal, CV or P11 with at least three references, and a letter expressing interest; the financial proposal and cost breakdown are submitted through the supplier portal. The role requires a relevant graduate degree and at least 12 years of water-sector experience.
