Description
The City of Richardson is soliciting bids for improvements at three locations: Belaire Drive from North Cottonwood Drive to Cloverdale Drive; Bishop Avenue from Jackson Street to Rayflex Drive; and St. Lukes Drive from West Belt Line Road to Holly Drive. The work includes approximately 4,496 linear feet of 8-inch and 12-inch water mains, associated water-system appurtenances, pavement and concrete restoration, and asphalt milling and overlay. The estimated project cost is approximately $3,000,000. The bid package requires a bid bond and specified bid forms, including the Contract Bid Schedule Acknowledgement, Contractor Questionnaire & Acknowledgement, Form W-9, and two BidTable response templates. An intent to bid must be submitted through the procurement portal by the bid deadline. The bid is due October 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
