Description
The City of Hazlehurst is soliciting bids for a specific-site repair involving removal and replacement of 20 linear feet of 36-inch reinforced concrete pipe culvert, 150 square feet of six-inch concrete pad, and one eight-inch concrete headwall, plus backfilling 1.94 cubic yards of washed-out area with unclassified fill dirt. The work includes mobilization, demobilization, traffic control, restoration of disturbed landscaping and concrete, required permits and approvals, and compliance with Georgia Department of Transportation construction specifications. The project is partially funded through FEMA's Public Assistance Program. Bidders must submit a 5% bid guarantee, required insurance documentation, three references, a drug-free workplace policy, a signed and notarized contractor affidavit, and required portal confirmations. Work is expected to be completed within 60 days of contract award.
