Description
The New York State Psychiatric Institute is soliciting bids for a contractor to perform preventive maintenance on its Building Management System (BMS) and related ancillary equipment. The scope of work includes routine checks, inspections, calibrations, and adjustments to ensure the optimal functioning of the BMS and associated components. The contract will cover a period of five years, with services to be performed at the New York State Psychiatric Institute located at 1051 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10032. Key tasks involve maintaining control dampers, control valves, and various BMS/DDC system components, including servers, controllers, and terminal equipment. The contractor will also be responsible for troubleshooting and performing corrective actions on BMS and HVAC mechanical components as needed.
