Description
The Defense Information Systems Agency/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Mano Lani LLC for the installation of new office furniture in Room 116, Building 77. The furniture will be Herman Miller modular furniture, matching the design type and color of existing adjacent rooms to ensure uniformity. The scope includes the installation of electrical power, IT copper and fiber cables, and telecommunications infrastructure for workspaces, including cubicles, offices, and a conference room. This work also involves the removal and disposal of existing underfloor communications infrastructure, installation of cable trays, and testing of new communication cables. The period of performance is 18 months from the date of award. Mano Lani LLC, an NHO 8(a) small disadvantaged small business, is identified as the sole capable source due to their specialized knowledge of DISA-PAC's IT and cabling infrastructure from previous contracts. Mano Lani will subcontract the furniture portion to Contract Furnishers of Hawaii Inc, dba Office Pavilion, a Women-Owned Small Business and the Certified Herman Miller dealer for Hawaii and the Pacific Rim. Both companies possess the required Secret Facility Clearances.
