Description
This solicitation is for the purchase and installation of two Ingersoll Rand Model 2000E25-P, 25HP reciprocating air compressors with 120-gallon tanks. The requirement includes the disconnection, removal, and disposal of two pre-existing air compressors at Hangars 514 and 518 on Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The new compressors will be installed in the same locations as the old units. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, tools, materials, personnel, and equipment necessary for a complete installation, including any required electrical and mechanical work to meet facility requirements. The work must be completed within 20 calendar days of the contract award date and will be performed during standard work hours, Monday through Friday, 0700-1900. Technical submissions must be clear, concise, and provide sufficient detail to demonstrate how the proposed equipment meets the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement. The evaluation will be based on price and technical acceptability, with a best-value determination expected from the technically acceptable quote with the lowest evaluated price. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be eligible for award. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
