Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide one self-sustaining mobile shower trailer system for approximately 550 soldiers during an off-post training exercise. The scope includes delivery, setup, operation, maintenance, fueling, servicing, twice-daily cleaning and sanitization, potable-water supply of at least 8,250 gallons per day, greywater collection and legal disposal, power generation with secondary containment, emergency maintenance support, and dismantling and removal. The system must provide gender-segregated facilities with at least 16 shower heads and achieve full operational readiness by 5:00 p.m. on November 15, 2026. The contractor must submit a Quality Control Plan with its quote and demonstrate recent, relevant past performance involving temporary shower, hygiene, or similar self-sustaining field-support services, preferably supporting military training exercises and environmental compliance. Required insurance includes employer’s liability, comprehensive general liability, comprehensive automobile liability, workers’ compensation, and occupational disease insurance when applicable.
