Description
Utica Community Schools is seeking proposals to supply, deliver, and install shelving for its auxiliary services facilities. The specifications call for upright frames measuring 8 feet high by 48 inches deep, step beams, shelving grates, and mounting bolts, with two-level and one-level configurations and specified quantities of uprights and horizontals. Pricing must include delivery and installation, and installation is expected within 30 days after receipt of order. The solicitation requires bidders to submit pricing, contractor information, references for three districts or similar organizations, additional information, certifications and affidavits, and an independent price determination. The district states that quantities are annual estimates and does not guarantee purchases of the estimated quantities. Product deviations must be fully described and accompanied by descriptive literature and samples.
