Description
The Colorado General Assembly seeks high-volume printing, finishing, and delivery of bills, concurrent resolutions, daily House and Senate calendars, and daily journals for the 2027 and 2028 legislative sessions. Work includes reproducing source documents in exact format; printing on specified recycled paper; duplexing, collating, stapling, punching, folding, or binding as required; packaging and separating materials by delivery destination; and meeting overnight deadlines, generally by 6:30 a.m. on the next legislative day. The contractor must have an operational production facility in the Denver metropolitan area, redundant production equipment, and the capability to handle overnight, weekend, and holiday production and delivery. The proposal must include completed equipment and maintenance disclosures, a cost worksheet, administrative forms, technical and accessibility responses, and supporting reports. The initial contract term is anticipated to run from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, with potential extensions covering the 2029 and 2030 sessions. The stated anticipated budget totals up to $679,500 across the listed periods.
