Description
The City seeks contractors to provide as-needed prepress, printing, promotional products and apparel, mailing and fulfillment, reports and bound materials, stationery and folders, and wide-format banners, signs, and substrate printing. Proposers may bid on one or more categories; each category will be awarded separately, and no minimum quantity of work is guaranteed. Work includes preflight and setup, proofs or samples for approval, production, addressing and mail processing, and delivery as directed. Postage is invoiced separately at actual USPS cost. Printed work must meet the City’s Visual Style Guide and specified quality and resolution standards, with corrections or replacements required at no cost for unacceptable work.
