Description
The Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget is requesting a quote for 610 custom-printed, 9-by-12-inch, two-pocket folders with standard 4-inch pockets and no business-card slits. The folders require four-color, one-sided printing with bleeds on 14-point C1S cover stock, followed by folding and gluing. The vendor must provide a detailed quote letter; bids without one will be disqualified. A PDF proof is required for approval, and electronic files will be provided. Finished folders must be carton-packed, with cartons weighing no more than 40 pounds. Only prequalified vendors will be considered. The State will evaluate bids based on best price and value, and the lowest-priced bid is not guaranteed an award.
