Description
Truckee Meadows Water Authority is soliciting sealed bids for a horizontal construction project at the Chalk Bluff Water Treatment Plant. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to replace the existing 480V, 300A motor control center main section with a new 600A MCC main section at the Decant Building; replace 25 kV load-break elbows within existing transformers, switches, and underground vaults; replace fault indicators within existing transformers, switches, and underground vaults; and install concrete aprons at various underground vault locations. The engineer's estimate is $99,000 to $121,000. Bids must be submitted electronically through NGEM, with all required responses and attachments, a digital signature on the Response Submission Tab, and confirmation after submission. Partial bids will not be accepted. An optional pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled at the Chalk Bluff Water Treatment Plant.
