Description
The City of East Moline is soliciting sealed bids from a single prime contractor for construction of an interim orthophosphate chemical feed system at its Water Filtration Plant. Bids are to be submitted on a lump-sum basis. A bid security is required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidding documents are available electronically at no charge from the issuing engineer, Crawford, Murphy & Tilly. The pre-bid conference is optional but highly recommended.
