Description
Vadis is seeking bids from qualified, licensed, and bonded contractors to replace all gutters and downspouts at the project site. The work is federally funded with Pierce County Community Development Block Grant dollars and is subject to applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Minority- and women-owned businesses and Section 3 contractors are encouraged to submit bids; contractors are also encouraged to hire apprentices and Section 3 residents and to consider minority- and women-owned businesses as subcontractors and material suppliers.
